CONTRACTORS/VENDORS
Homes were built in Cobblestone by two different builders, each of which used different subcontractors, listed here: Riverside Homes and D. R. Horton. If you have the original home owner’s warranty that came with the house, it may also direct you to a particular contractor to see if the work is covered by the warranty.
Some of your neighbors have shared names of contractors they have used. It is up to you to make sure that the contractor you select is licensed and insured. Cobblestone Northwest Homeowners Association does not recommend or discourage use of any of the contractors listed.
