The Cobblestone Northwest Homeowners Association Board of Directors, Officers and Committees are voluntary positions for which there is no pay or personal benefit, in accordance with our CC&Rs, Bylaws and State Law. The Association Board of Directors is elected by the home and lot owners at the Annual Meeting. The Board then appoints Association Officers, the Architectural Control Committee members, and members of any other committees it deems necessary. The Officers, the Board, and the committees are guided by the Cobblestone Northwest HOA CC&Rs, Bylaws, and County and State Regulations. Please treat them kindly as they work to maintain the neighborhood and manage the CC&Rs.

Board meetings are open to any homeowners who want to attend. Board meeting minutes are accessible to homeowners in the Documents section of the Owner Portal.

2024 officers

PRESIDENT*
Ben Loria
The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Association and shall preside at all meetings of the Association and of the Board of Directors. The President shall have all the general powers and duties which are incident to the office of the president of a corporation organized under the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act.
VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice President shall act in the President’s absence and shall have all powers, duties, and responsibilities provided for the President when so acting.
TREASURER*
Jay Small
The Treasurer shall have the responsibility for the Associations’ funds and securities and shall be responsible for keeping full and accurate financial records and books of account showing all receipts and disbursements, for preparing all required financial statements and tax returns, and for the deposit of all monies and other valuable effects in the name of the Association or the managing agent in such depositories as may from time to time be designated by the Board of Directors.
SECRETARY*

The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Association and of the Board of Directors and shall have charge of such books and papers as the Board of Directors may direct and shall, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of the secretary of a corporation organized in accordance with Washington law.
