Committees perform tasks as designated by the Board of Directors. Like members of the Board, committee members are Cobblestone homeowners and contribute their time to the community voluntarily without pay or personal benefit.

Responsible for receiving and reviewing architectural changes submitted by homeowners to preserve a well-maintained environment of both homes and lots. |
Finance Committee

Grounds Management Committee
Responsible for ensuring the beauty and maintenance of the community’s bioswale, wetlands, playgrounds, common areas, free-standing structures, and perimeter plants. Although these members are not required to physically maintain these areas themselves, they are responsible for making sure that any required work is completed efficiently and in a competent manner. |
Restriction Management Committee
Responsible for ensuring that the owners and occupants of the Cobblestone community are complying with the CC&Rs, thereby ensuring the neighborhood will have clean and safe surroundings which will maintain and possibly increase home values. |
Communications Committee
Collaborates with the Board to inform, engage, and educate residents regarding issues important to their understanding of, and participation in, the neighborhood while promoting and maintaining positive lines of communication with Cobblestone residents. |
Nominating Committee
Responsible for identifying and recruiting members of the Cobblestone HOA as possible nominees for the Board and committees. Current committee members are listed within the Documents section of the Owner Portal.
