Cobblestone is a subdivision in Vancouver, Washington, located in the Fairgrounds Neighborhood.
The Cobblestone Northwest Homeowner Association is a corporation formed by the neighborhood's original builder, Riverside Homes, for the purpose of marketing, selling and managing homes and lots in the Cobblestone subdivision. In 2008, Riverside Homes turned the Association over to the owners. Membership in the Cobblestone Northwest HOA was and continues to be a condition of purchase, to follow the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs), the Association Bylaws, and other governing documents (see below). |
