We are excited to announce that at the August 2024 BOD meeting the Board of Directors voted affirmatively to hire Community Management Inc. to professionally manage business operations of our HOA.  Their website is found here.  

The BOD have reviewed a number of candidate companies over the last several months and CMI comes with possitive feedback from some of their current customer communities.

The Board of Directors is taking nominations for four HOA Board positions through November 30th:

1. Board of Directors position (2-year term)
2. Board of Directors position (2-year term)
3. Board of Directors position (2-year term)
4. Secretary (1-year term)
